Le but principal de l\u2019Association est de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer et de repr\u00e9senter les membres du corps interm\u00e9diaire et les doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s de l\u2019UNIL pour d\u00e9fendre leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s universitaires et politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle prend \u00e9galement en charge la gestion des repr\u00e9sentations du corps interm\u00e9diaire dans les commissions et veille \u00e0 une meilleure circulation de l\u2019information vers et entre les membres du corps interm\u00e9diaire et les doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s de l\u2019UNIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019association est n\u00e9e suite \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 de certain\u00b7e\u00b7s assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne de cr\u00e9er une institution repr\u00e9sentant le corps interm\u00e9diaire, l\u2019ancienne FCCI (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de coordination des corps interm\u00e9diaires) n\u2019\u00e9tant plus active pour remplir cette mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le lancement de la p\u00e9tition pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail et d\u2019engagement des assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s, qui a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 plus de 400 signatures au printemps 2003, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un premier acte dans la direction d\u2019une remobilisation du corps interm\u00e9diaire avant les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances fort importantes que furent la mise en place des accords de Bologne (harmonisation des plans d\u2019\u00e9tudes de toutes les universit\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes), et aussi \u2013 et surtout \u2013 la nouvelle loi sur l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne (LUL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un groupe de travail s\u2019est r\u00e9uni \u00e0 de multiple reprises pour organiser la r\u00e9daction, la circulation, et enfin la remise d\u2019une p\u00e9tition \u00e0 la Conseill\u00e8re d\u2019Etat d\u2019alors, Anne-Catherine Lyon, qui a eu lieu le 5 mai 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la suite de cette premi\u00e8re mobilisation, la mise sur pied d\u2019une Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale constitutive le 17 juin 2003, puis l\u2019acceptation de nos statuts par le Rectorat (aujourd\u2019hui la Direction) et la reconnaissance de notre association comme interlocuteur repr\u00e9sentant le corps interm\u00e9diaire et les doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s ont permis d\u2019officialiser l\u2019existence d\u2019ACIDUL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fonctionnement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ACIDUL se propose de traiter diff\u00e9rentes probl\u00e9matiques touchant au corps interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019UNIL. Des groupes de travail sont propos\u00e9s lors des Assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et par le Comit\u00e9 pour traiter de questions particuli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces groupes sont ouverts \u00e0 tous les membres d\u2019ACIDUL. Si vous \u00eates int\u00e9ress\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 participer aux r\u00e9unions, vous pouvez envoyer un e-mail \u00e0 ACIDUL (acidul@unil.ch) pour avoir des informations sur le calendrier des rencontres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Comit\u00e9 se r\u00e9unit en principe deux fois par mois. Les s\u00e9ances sont ouvertes \u00e0 tous les membres et toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 y assister peut se renseigner en envoyant un e-mail \u00e0 ACIDUL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Une activit\u00e9 essentielle d\u2019ACIDUL consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions des membres du corps interm\u00e9diaire portant sur leurs conditions de travail. Bien que nous ne soyons pas un service juridique ou un syndicat, nous nous effor\u00e7ons de vous aider dans vos d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s. N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nous envoyer un e-mail pour toute question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personnes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ACIDUL est dirig\u00e9e par un Comit\u00e9 de quatorze (au maximum) membres du corps interm\u00e9diaire et\/ou doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s des sept facult\u00e9s de l\u2019UNIL (trois personnes par facult\u00e9 au maximum).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les membres du Comit\u00e9 sont volontaires et sont \u00e9lu\u00b7e\u00b7s ou r\u00e9\u00e9lu\u00b7e\u00b7s lors de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle. Le Comit\u00e9 \u00e9lit lui-m\u00eame son ou sa pr\u00e9sident\u00b7e (ou ses deux co-pr\u00e9sident\u00b7e\u00b7s) et son tr\u00e9sorier ou sa tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire est organis\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e durant le semestre d\u2019automne, ce qui permet \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par les activit\u00e9s d\u2019ACIDUL de proposer sa candidature pour rejoindre le Comit\u00e9. L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle \u00e9lit \u00e9galement les deux v\u00e9rificateurs ou v\u00e9rificatrices des comptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le corps interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019UNIL est \u00e9galement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans les commissions consultatives de la Direction<\/a>, qui concernent divers domaines du fonctionnement de l\u2019UNIL. Toute candidature et toute repr\u00e9sentation du corps interm\u00e9diaire dans une commission consultative de la Direction passe par ACIDUL. Les \u00e9lections ont \u00e9galement lieu lors de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enfin, ACIDUL est mandat\u00e9e pour d\u00e9signer les deux personnes qui doivent si\u00e9ger au Comit\u00e9 paritaire du fonds de pr\u00e9voyance des assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s aux Retraites populaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main purpose of the Association is to unite and represent the members of mid-level staff and PhD students of the University of Lausanne, in order to defend their interests before the university and political authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACIDUL also manages the representation of the intermediate staff in the various committees (commissions<\/em>) and ensures better communication towards and among the intermediate staff members and PhD students of UNIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

History<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The association was born out of the desire of some assistants at the University of Lausanne to create an institution representing the intermediate staff, as the former FCCI (Federation for the Coordination of Intermediate Staff) was no longer active in fulfilling this mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch of a petition to improve the working conditions and engagement of assistants, which gathered more than 400 signatures in the spring of 2003, was a first step towards the remobilization of the intermediate staff ahead of the significant milestones such as the implementation of the Bologna agreements (harmonization of study plans across all European universities), and more importantly, the new law on the University of Lausanne (LUL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A working group met multiple times to organize the drafting, circulation, and finally, the submission of a petition to the then State Councillor, Anne-Catherine Lyon, which took place on May 5, 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this initial mobilization, the establishment of a constitutive General Assembly on June 17, 2003, the acceptance of our statutes by the Rectorate (now called \u00ab\u00a0Direction\u00a0\u00bb), and the recognition of our association as the representative body of the intermediate staff and PhD students, allowed for the official establishment of ACIDUL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Functioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACIDUL aims to address various issues affecting PhD students and the intermediate staff of UNIL. Working groups are proposed during General Assemblies and by the Committee to deal with specific questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These groups are open to all members of ACIDUL. If you are interested in participating in the meetings, you can send an email to ACIDUL (acidul@unil.ch) to get information about the meeting schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Committee generally meets twice a month. The sessions are open to all members, and anyone interested in attending can inquire by sending an email to ACIDUL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An essential activity of ACIDUL is to answer questions from PhD students and intermediate staff members regarding their working conditions. Although we are not a legal service or a union, we strive to assist you in your dealings with the authorities. Feel free to send us an email with your questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACIDUL is run by a Committee of up to fourteen members from the intermediate staff and PhD students working in the seven faculties of UNIL (with a maximum of three people per faculty).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Committee members are volunteers and are elected or re-elected at the annual General Assembly. The Committee elects its own president (or two co-presidents) and its treasurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An ordinary General Assembly is organized each year during the autumn semester, allowing anyone interested in ACIDUL’s activities to propose their candidacy to join the Committee. The annual General Assembly also elects the two auditors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intermediate staff of UNIL is also represented in the consultative committees of the Direction, which cover various aspects of UNIL’s operations. Any candidacy and representation of the intermediate staff in a consultative committee of the Direction is managed by ACIDUL. Elections are also held at the annual General Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, ACIDUL is mandated to designate the two people who must sit on the Joint Committee of the pension fund for assistants with Retraites Populaires (Comit\u00e9 paritaire du fonds de pr\u00e9voyance des assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s aux Retraites populaires<\/em>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
