Terms and Conditions – Swiss trypanosomatid meeting

There is no registration fee
Participants giving a Keynote or short talk presentation: Deadline is December 13th, 2019
Standard participant registration deadline: December 16th, 2019
Participants : max. 80
Registration can be modified at anytime online until the 15th of December 2019.

Participants must submit their presentation title and preferred format (talk or poster) by December 13th, 2019.
Title and preferred format can be modified anytime online until the 12th of December 2019.

Information of the two Full board residential conference packages (2 nights and 2 days) can be found on this link.
Conference package reservations and registrations to the meeting can only be made through this website with the invitation code by December 15th, 2019.
Payment for the accommodation package should be made directly at the reception of the Alpine Classic Hotel Leysin at checkout.
The conference packages for the invited speakers will be paid by the organisers.
A registration confirmation will be sent by email after online registration, if you do not receive any confirmation please contact the organisers by email.
The roommate preference needs to be mentioned when registering online by December 15th, 2019 (we cannot guarantee that this preference is met).
Check-in time 3:00 pm, checkout time 12:00 pm.

From 2nd to 4th January 2020 : 30% of the amount of the reservation will be charged
From 5th to 7th of January 2020 : 50% of the amount of the reservation will be charged
From 8th of January 2020 : 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged
