The Cours de vacances organises 3 weeks of French courses for non-native speakers in the winter. The Principal Programme takes place every morning and students can choose a practical course (from level A1), or an introduction to academic texts (from level B1). The level of the student is assessed by the assesment test of the Cours de vacances that is passed on the first day of each session of courses.
The Cours de vacances also offers a Mutual Teaching in Context programme which allows students to obtain a Certificate of Qualification in French with the student’s level according to the CEFR which allows, from level B1 to enrol in UNIL. With this programme it is also possible to obtain 5 ECTS credits.
