The opening ceremony for our conference is in 3 days! On our side, this is the final rush and we can feel the pressure rising… What about you? In order to avoid any major oversight because of a panic attack, here is a final check-list that we made just for you!
Did you sign up for an excursion? You can find the complete program and schedule in a pdf version (see opposite). And for those who want to join, you can also register once in Lausanne (if there are some places left).
Finally, don’t forget that the official opening ceremony will take place on Sunday 9th July, 5.30 pm, in the Palais de Rumine. Then, on Monday morning, rendez-vous at the Amphimax building, auditorium 351, at 10 am.
… So, is everything ok? Don’t hesitate to contact us if you lack some information! See you very soon!
We have recently learnt that the closest metro station to access to our conference, “UNIL-Sorge”, will unfortunately be closed for repairs during the whole week. Therefore, we invite everyone to get off at “UNIL-Mouline” and follow the signposts. It takes ca. 15 minutes walk to arrive at the Amphipôle buiding.
Follow the main road (so that you won’t get lost for sure)
Today, 10th June 2017, is a big day: our conference “Images and texts reproduced” starts in exactly one month! We are really looking forward to welcoming you in Lausanne! And just a quick reminder (for those who haven’t done it yet): don’t forget to register online!
Besides, we are proud to show you all our amazing poster, realised with the help of the ECAL (Cantonal Art School Lausanne). Do you like it? We are waiting for your comments!
Do you need inspiration to find the perfect souvenir to bring back to your family/friends? No idea about what is typical about the city of Lausanne? Then this short article from MyLausanne is for you! You’ll find useful suggestions of souvenirs to satisfy everyone. Wine, chocolate, poster… Make your choice!
The UNIL Triennale is an open air exhibition on the campus which includes Swiss artists from all backgrounds. For this second edition, 19 installations were selected to liven up the green spaces and accompany the students, professors and passers-by during the four seasons. The sculptures will still be displayed in July 2017, so take a moment to have a relaxing walk between two sessions to admire these art pieces when you come! More information available here.
