The Biennial Hemingway Conference

The Ernest Hemingway Society will hold its 17th biennial international conference at Hemingway’s hometown of Oak Park, Illinois. The conference will be hosted by the Ernest Hemingway Foundation of Oak Park and Dominican University.

This year, we have the possibility to cover for the flight and most of the accommodation for 9 students.

We are also looking for 2-3 students to contribute with a paper presentation of 10-15 minutes. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are thinking in pursuing an academic career in literature or who want to validate credits for their SPEC program in New American Studies (modules MA-SPEC-NEA-04 – Participation à un colloque scientifique, and MA-SPEC-NEA-05 – Activité en lien avec les nouvelles études américaines).
