Registration:

The form to register is now available here: https://conference.unil.ch/space-place-image-registration/?target=registration&lang=en Deadline for registration is set on March 31, 2017.

Registration fees are as follows:

  • Regular participants: 80CHF
  • Students (incl. PhD students): 40CHF
  • Conference dinner (optional, Saturday evening): 60CHF. This will include a three-course menu (vegeterian option provided) and mineral water. Any extra food or drinks will have to be paid separately, after the dinner.

Please note that you will need a valid credit card to make these payments online. We unfortunately cannot accept check or cash payments.


Meals:

Breakfast: No breakfast will be provided at the conference venue, but your hotel should normally be able to offer that service. Please check with them directly (more info on hotels here).

Lunch: Two cafeterias and one restaurant are easily accessible by foot on campus (see campus directions). You will find more information on a document that we will provide in your conference packs, but please note that lunch is not covered by the conference fee, and will have to be paid separately.

Dinner: As stated in the “Registration” section, you will need to pre-register and pay in advance for the conference dinner taking place on Saturday evening (60 CHF). We are also organizing optional outings on the other evenings: a visit of the cathedral followed by a fondue dinner on Thursday evening, and a wine-tasting in the beautiful vineyards of Lavaux on Friday evening (no dinner option is provided there). We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements, so please make sure you indicate them on the conference’s registration form.
