One or two poster sessions will be organized during which PhD students or scholars may communicate their research to the audience with the help of a poster . They will be organized from 5 to 6 pm in the main hall in front of the auditorium where the conference will be hosted.

The candidate, who participates in this session, prepares a printed poster, which will be exhibited on large boards during the entire time of the conference. During the interactive session with scholars, a group of about 6 designated scholars will be interacting with the candidate who explains the content of his poster, hence of his research.

The format of that kind of poster is normally A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm / 33.1 in x 46.8 in)

As an example, you may find a poster proposition made by Nadia Cattoni (presented at University of Lausanne in December 2013) which, with all its imperfections, may inspire your creativity : Poster_NC
