The culmination of persistent, patient, phantastic collaboration with the labs of Claus Schwechheimer and Uli Hammes at the Technical University of Munich. It allowed us to pin down the nearly 10-year-old notion that BRX modulates polar auxin transport at the plasma membrane. It does, in conjunction with the PAX kinase!
