The registration to the meeting is managed online.
By following the link below, you will be brought to an online form asking you to choose your status (Full member, Associate member/Guest, or Supplier) and to provide all the required relevant information [Note: information about participation fees are available here]. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email detailing you the rest of the procedure (payment, abstract submission, …).

In addition to the registration, we strongly recommend you to proceed with your hotel booking (see recommended accomodations), as the number of rooms is limited. Rule: first come, first served.
