• Time slots for contributed talks are 15 minutes in length, thus maximum 10-12 minutes for your presentation and 3-5 minutes for questions. We would be glad if you could make sure not to overpass 12 min for your talk, as we feel very important that the audience can ask questions and that all sessions remain on schedule.
  • Create your presentation in a PDF or PowerPoint format and make sure it is compatible with Windows operating system. A computer with the same configuration as the one in the presentation room will be available next to the registration desk to check if your slides will show correctly. Please make sure to name the file as outlined here (first the session name followed by the session number, then the time using 4 digits and then your name): e.g. Evolution1_0945_DarwinC.ppt
  • Once your talk has been accepted by the scientific committee, a link will be sent to you by email to upload your file in a folder on our cloud dedicated to your session. You will be able to access and update this file on our cloud at anytime.
  • Those who did not pay their registration fee yet, please do so until the 15th of January (deadline for payment). Only contributions with payment can be included in the final program.
