Switzerland offers a large network of accessible public transportation. This is true for the entire country, but it is especially so in the Leman Lake area. We expressly advised NOT to use individual car as the parking is difficult (very few possibilities for long term parking which is expensive).

How to get to the 32nd International Pupil Colloquium:

By plane: The closest airport to Morges is Geneva (GVA) which is 40 min away by train. Zurich (ZRH), Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (BSL) and Lyon-Saint-Exupery (LYS) are within 3 hours of train.

By train: The CFF is the public-run railway company. It provides a comprehensive website including the time table for all trains. You can use it for large european cities as well (London, Tübingen, Lyon, …). Be sure to use Morges and not Morges-St-Jean as the destination of your journey. The train from Geneva-airport to Morges costs 23 Swiss Francs (one way). From the Morges train station, it is an 8 minutes walk to the Hotel or a 4 minutes taxi drive: the taxi station is found in front of the station.

By car: The Morges tourism affairs office provides a list of parking possibilities (only in french).
